When does Summer Shred start and end?+
The program is already underway and runs through late August. This is the final week to join - once the remaining spots are filled, registration closes for this cohort.
I'm new to the gym. Will I be lost?+
No. Summer Shred is coached, so you are not expected to figure everything out alone. We guide you through the workouts and help you follow the plan.
What if I can't make the in-person training times?+
If the in-person schedule does not work for you, an online Summer Shred option may be available. After you apply, we'll help you decide whether in-person or online makes more sense for your schedule.
Do I have to pay everything upfront?+
No. Payment plans are available. You can pay in full, split it into 2 payments, or split it into 3 payments. All payment plans must be completed within the 8-week program term.
Is this only for advanced gym members?+
No. The program is beginner-friendly and designed for women who want coaching, structure, and support.
Are results guaranteed?+
No. Results vary based on consistency, attendance, nutrition, starting point, and individual factors.
